Why use this resource?
Children love learning about animals and their education would not be complete without learning about nocturnal creatures. When studying nocturnal animals, students will learn about each special adaptation that animals have to survive at night.
How to use this resource:
Three-part cards are a Montessori inspired way of learning vocabulary. Start by presenting the entire card. Once your student can recognize every part of the card, cut off the description, and have them match the picture & name to the correct description. Once, they have mastered that cut off the name and have them match the picture to the name and the description. It is a thorough way of learning vocabulary.
